Relax and unwind at Ocean View Paradise #2! This newly designed house with all wood cabinets, granite counter tops and a big screen TV in the family room! This apt is on the 2nd floor, having your own private balcony overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have airconditioning on both floors. This is a very comfortably house for a family vacation. You can walk across the street and be at the beach in 2 minutes to find some of the best surfing in Rincon! If you do not surf, take a walk down the beach, look for seaglass,shells, or sit and soak up the sun!

The first floor apt with 2brs one bath also with beautiful wood cabinets and TV. Stepping out onto the pool deck to sit,relax and have and afternoon cocktail. Walk up the steps from your room and be in our common area, find a hammock for your afternoon siesta or sit and read a book under the palm trees next to our beautiful waterfalls that operates from December threw April. Apts can be rented together or separate, ask for rate.

Amazing Winter Getaway

Beautiful home and property! This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Rincon! This new house is gorgeous! We had a group of 20 people stay in both homes on the property and it worked so well for everyone. Great location and access to great beaches!

This place is great. We stayed there and had a great time. There were three couples and we had plenty of our own space. Super comfortable and clean and the owners are great! What a fun place. And it's in a great position if you want to drive south or north or just stay exactly where you are.

Reminded me what a VACATION is suppose to be like, warm friendly atmosphere perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Hammocks every where you look perfect to grab a book or beer and swing all of you cares away! The views are breath taking, panoramic views of the ocean. Steps away from the beach, we were able to surf everyday and come back, take a dip in the pool, and relax in the hot tub and enjoy the ocean view. Full kitchen and our own grill so we were able to cook up a storm and sit outside with a fresh frozen cocktail. Gino and Dianne were so helpful with local information and things to do including some local music played by Gino's band :) Plenty of places to eat that were walking distance and beach bar right across the street. Pool table and on site bar with a waterfall adds to the amazing features of this place. Pictures do no good of this amazing place, you need to come see it yourself!

Ocean View Paradise is in the perfect location and for your Rincon vacation. Just steps to the beach, great food, and the perfect watersports destination including surfing, parasailing, snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and even kitesurfing. The house is surrounded by beautiful foliage, fit for a perfect afternoon finishing your latest novel, or having a wine while watching a beautiful west coast sunset.

Thanksgiving 2011

This home is truly something to be thankful for! My family and friends vacationed here this past Thanskgiving and had a wonderful trip. The house is fully stocked with all cooking untensils necessary for a gourmet dinner in the beautiful kitchen or just a quick bite. You can choose to spend some quiet time alone in many of the properties serene settings or gather together with your group on any of the terraces. Another plus was having the a/c in each room so we could control the temp. Great beaches, nightlife, and restaurants just steps steps away.
Overall I give it a 10+++ :-))). Can't wait to get back for Thanksgiving vacation 2012!!!! Happy New Year!!!!
