Ideal location for business or tourism, the apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19 storey residence with 2 elevators, in the major touristic green area of la Grande Arche de Paris, at minutes from Porte Maillot, one stop to the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-Elysées. Eiffel Tour at 30mn. Nearby automatic Metro line 1, RER line A, station 'La Defense Grande Arche.
The apartment is comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, recently renovated with a panoramic view to fall in love with Paris.
The charming furnished bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed 160X200
The large sofa bed (140X200) in the sun-filled dining room sleeps two comfortably. Table for 6, internet, Wi-Fi, phone free nat & international, TV english channels, radio, CDs, DVDs library, iPod & iPhone dock.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a table, chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, 4 burners ceramic hob, microwave , coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils.
In the bathroom: double sinks, wc, a full bath, shower, mirrors, wardrobe.
Iron & ironing board available. Fans are provided.
On our ground floor is a mall with many shops, a Carrefour market, a Paul's boulangerie for fresh croissants and baguettes in the morning, several gastronomic restaurants. In the mall the municipal swimming pool features a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating, bowling facilities.
Also three times a week an outdoor market with fresh products from the country is held.
Excellent transportation service: several buses to different Metro stations, taxis station at the foot of our building.
The local railway station heads to gare Saint-Lazare in the heart of Paris in 8 mn.
The metro and RER provide fast direct easy access to all the city's historic monuments.
Our building is surrounded by many gardens, playgrounds, tennis tables, a large forum, fountain and much vegetation.
The Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros, Hippodrome de Longchamps, jardins de Bagatelle are minutes away.
Security: 24hr concierges and an access code ensure good security. Safe area.
There is a large municipal parking in our basement.
Noël and Jacqueline live in this building, in the west of Paris. They love the Parisian life.

We bought this apartment for its remarkable view onto Paris days and nights and for its sun rises up. The atmosphere is serene, no street nearby, but a large forum surrounds our building and many gardens. The district is touristic, lively and international. We have excellent, easy and fast public transportation service to central Paris.
«This apartment is a perfect size for a couple, or family. The bedroom was a good size with bathroom off the bedroom. The kitchen had all the equipment you would require for cooking if you wished to. However there are several really good restaurants near by that are not expensive and serve tasty food. The neighbourhood is really safe and welcoming. It is about a 10 min walk from the metro but also served by the RER. Free wifi and phone calls are a real positive. There is Carrefour (supermarket) in the basement of the apartment block which was very handy! ”
This was our final 6 nights of a 3 week jaunt of 4 countries with our two teenage daughters. First of all - the building is very secure (only tenants can gain access to the residential portion) with convenient shopping and dining right downstairs. The view from your window is breath-taking, with the Eiffel Tower occupying center stage. Having a separate bedroom was a HUGE plus for my wife and I and the bedroom view is the same as that in the living room. Having a washing machine and fully appointed kitchen was great. Wi-Fi was fast and totally reliable (for getting those Facebook pictures up and keeping the teenage girls happy). Another pleasant surprise was having plenty of electrical outlets for charging my family's various phones, tablets, cameras, etc. Most of our first two weeks in Europe were spent sharing outlets. There are plenty of cabinets and closets. We didn't use it (no time) but Jacqueline provides ample entertainment with television, DVD player, radio, etc. And did I mention the elevator (lift)? After walking miles and miles around Paris you will appreciate the lift! With your key you can enter the elevator from the street (M3) level and go all the way to your apartment (15th floor). Though we didn't take advantage of it there is a nice indoor car-park for those who will be driving. For those not driving (like us) there is a bus stop and taxi stand right downstairs and the metro station is walking distance (or you can take the 275 or 278 bus to it). Pardon my rambling but I must also mention that the shower was the best we experienced the whole trip (no small thing after 2 weeks of tiny showers with bad water pressure and limited temperature control). Jacqueline is a delightful and kind hostess who shared a glass of wine with us as we left and who was genuinely interested in making us comfortable. There were no issues whatsoever with our deposit return. Very highly recommended. Unfortunately I was so busy taking pictures out of the window I neglected to take any of the inside of the apartment but Jacqueline's pictures are not embellished. Billie & Joseph – June 2014
My wife and I spent a week in Jacqueline's wonderful apartment in the « Le Charras » area. Sincere thank you for renting the perfect apartment to us. Views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre cœur were fabulous ! The bus and metro were all we needed, and the time we spent at the French Open was excellent. We took the #175 and #241 bus and were dropped off right near the entry gates. We enjoyed the quiet and safety of the neighborhood . Jacqueline was very accommodating and a wonderful host. We came as family. (3 adults and one child (20 month old)) and it worked well! My 2 daughters and my partner and I, we enjoyed this place a lot. Incredible view from this appartement, that's the right definition! The place was clean, bright & sunny & cosy!The owner was charming and always very helpful. We were lucky to get a perfect parking spot right to the place where we stayed. So we always took the bus to reach our main destination: Roland Garros. Bus 175 and 241. 40 minutes ride. Wonderful and easy! We didn't spend that much time in the appartement but after a long day watching international high class tennis we were lucky to fall a sleep in these comfortable beds. We loved the apartment. A bit small but wonderful light and amazing views makes it feel much larger. Perfect size for a couple or small family. And spotless clean. Jacqueline was incredibly helpful and communicative. A wonderful community pool and Carrefour supermarket in the building were a HUGE plus. The neighborhood is on the outer edge of tourist Paris and dead on weekends (it's the business district). With that said, the metro (#1 and A lines) can easily take you to any tourist destination with ease though the station is a bit of a hike (a good 10 minute walk).
I booked this apartment at the last minute, and am so very glad I did. It was perfect! A truly comfortable, quality, chic apartment with the most incredible views over the whole of Paris - amazing by day and absolutely stunning by night with the Eiffel Tower lit up and dominating the sparkling city. Jacqueline was charming and helpful. Everything in the apartment was good quality and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the large windows which ran the length of the apartment made it bright and sunny. On the ground floor there is everything you could need - a shopping mall with a good selection of restaurants and cafes, Carrefour supermarket, bowling alley, swimming pool and ice skating rink. The apartment was in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood, not overrun with tourists and crowds, and with good transport links. The building is secure, and the surrounding gardens delightful. This apartment is perfect, there is no better choice! Everything is very clean, bright and has magnificent views and a panorama that
can be easily compared with a visit to the Eiffel Tower and Paris. In the evenings we were so tired that we liked to study Paris sitting with a glass of
wine at home ...
We also liked the district of La Defense - pure, noble, elegant and modern.
A shopping center is on the ground floor of the building. Another very nice shopping center in the area is “The Quatre Temps” with shops, cafes, restaurants, the merry-go-round and other games for children. The building’s area has ideal transport links: Metro, RER, train, tramway, buses, taxis, allowing quick access to any destination: Versailles, Disneyland, any place in the center of Paris. Also the building has a convenient parking.
Jacqueline, the owner helped us all the time before our trip, answered all our questions, met our requests. Everything went well and exactly as we wanted it to be.
