La-Colle-sur-Loup Vacation Rental villa: France

Villa 178 is in hills of La Colle sur Loup. A magnificent and exceptional stone-built Provencal property (1200 m2 of living accommodation ), situated in a very quiet area, only a few minutes drive from the famous village of St Paul. Its position offers the most stunning panoramic sea views.

It is furnished to the highest standards, and luxuriously decorated with an extremely good taste, in soft colors , creating an elegant and very comfortable ambience. The lower floor comprises of a cinema room, pool table, sauna and Moroccan hammam. A corridor leads out to the pool area, with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a bar, kitchenette and music system. The pool is absolutely amazing, with its exceptional dimensions (25 m x 15 m) and design, from where one can enjoy the superb views. The 82,000 m2 garden is covered with olive and pine trees, green-oaks, lavender fields and cascades of flowers... A little path leads through the woods to the tennis court, water fall and a small lake. A real delight!

Services of the live-in guardians are included in the price of 8 hours per day/5 days a week. Gas electricity, water and telephone charges are not included in the rental price and must be paid in Euros prior to departure.

This villa sleeps 24 people.

In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.

There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
