Villa, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

This stunning villa is situated in the community of Doral Woods, which itself is in the Reedy Creek nature reserve. The villa looks out to the rear on mature woodland. The setting is both peaceful and private, and yet is only 15-20 minutes (approximately) to Disney/Universal and other major attractions. Shopping, eating out and the amenities of the 192 are close by.

This four bedroom, three bathroom executive style villa has its own screened pool complete with furniture. There are two master bedrooms and two twin rooms to accommodate guests. The villa is furnished to the highest of standards.

The villa is maintained by a 24 hour management company.

Doral Woods is an ideal base for anyone wishing to have a holiday in Kissimmee, The theme parks are within a short driving distance and yet so many more activities are within easy reach - hiking, petting farm, boating - the list is almost endless, On site there is a flood lit tennis court. The beach can be reached within one hour, as too can Kennedy Space Centre, The beautiful antiques area of Mount Dora is within a one and half hour drive.

The Smith Florida holiday

We had a fabulous time at this villa. The owners were very helpful and got back to us quickly whenever we asked anything. The villa is well located. Its close to the attractions yet is lovely and peaceful after a long day at the parks. The house itself is beautiful and very spacious. We found it to be clean and well maintained throughout. The children loved the pool and were in there every day. The garden area, although we never really used, is fully fenced off so its very private - not like some villas where neighbours are really close. Some days we didn't venture out of the house and it was lovely to just relax. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a holiday in Florida. We loved our stay and did not want to leave.

We have stayed in this property before and where fairly happy with it(would have rated it as average. This year the house was very dirty and we had to buy our own Vacumn as the two at the house barely worked. There where very few pots or pans to cook with and what is there are wore out. We did E-Mail the ouner but never recieved any reply. I would not recommend this property to any of our friends unless it was cleaned up. The property is in a very good location to all activities and attraction and that is why re rebooked the property this time.
Owner's Response: I am sorry you did not enjoy your time in our house. We tried to accommodate your stay - even putting a fence up the side of the back garden so your dog could use the area. I apologise for not responding timely to your email but have explained the personal reason. I hope you have a better holiday next year.

Nice, Quiet location

We had a great stay. Cara was wonderful to work with. The house was clean, the pool was perfect. The kids also enjoyed the game room. They always looked forwward to coming back to the house and just swimming and hanging out after walking around all day at the Disney parks. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood. The management staff was very good and called to make sure everything was okay. Having WI FI would have made it perfect. I would definitely come back again!
