This spacious, luxury well-equipped home is situated in the sunniest part of Madeira with fantastic views over sea and mountains. It is adjacent to Levada Nova which is a popular and beautiful walk though a wooded path with outstanding views. There are many local cafes and bars and small shops nearby which offer a friendliness. Also the Para gliders launch point is nearby and even if you are not so adventurous it is an amazing sight to watch their antics. This is the most delightful property with every conceivable luxury to enhance your stay. The private good sized pool is wonderful, there is also a private garden with sun loungers and permanent barbecue for al-fresco dining and table and chairs for a party of 8. The Gymnasiun is there for your use and table tennis and table football plus darts & more for your fun

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, lovely balcony with chairs for the early morning cup of tea and views over the countryside to the sea. This is served by an ensuite bathroom with full suite . The second bedroom has a double bed and ample storage also looking across the country side to the Atlantic Ocean. The third bedroom has twin 3 foot wide beds and looks in the other direction also to the sea. There is an extra futon upstairs also a comfortable bed settee in the dining room. Comfortably sleep 9. There is the added bonus that the house next door belongs to the same family so larger parties can be accommodated in this delightful area.

Hang-gliding: This is a popular part of the coast for hang-gliders with the Para-gliders launch point close by. The Marina is a wonderful interest and one can take a dive boat from there or a dolphin and whale watch tour or even deep sea fishing for Merlin or Tuna. For the younger ones there is a fantastic golden sandy beach in a protected area where the sea access is very gradual. As well as swimming and digging in the sand, there is plenty of room for ball games.

Sandy beach: The only golden sandy beach on the island of Madeira is a mere 5 minutes away

Walking: Situated adjacent is the Levada Nova walk and other interesting walks with phenomenal views

Other Activities: Diving and sailing, dolphin & whale-watching trips
