An outstanding luxury beach house furnished as our home to a very high standard. With a stunning beach coastal theme. It is located on the north end of Anna Maria island The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it has been recently completed and has been designed to accommodate 2 small family groups or one large group. Outdoor living has been factored in with 7 decks areas with each bedroom having its own private deck Other features include large elevator, 2 central aircon systems, heated pool with child safety area and separate spa, home theater room, separate laundry room and high end well equipped kitchen with Bosch applicances. There is a large entertaining area around the pool with a granite bar, Outdoor kitchen and a large natural stone patio area The house was designed to be environmentally friendly with Solar heating for the pool thermal insulation, turtle friendly windows and lighting. The landscape contains all florida beach friendly native plants.

We are Nigel & Maggie Brown

We have just completed building our dream beach house on Anna Maria Island on retirement We live here in florida for 6 months of the year and spend the other 6 months in Portugal and UK.

The property is located on the best beach area on the island. We found a lot right on the gulf in the perfect loation and set about building a great beach house in keeping with the area and its location. The north end of Anna Maria is the favored part with its charming shops, historic pier and quiet residential streets.

What makes this villa unique

we designed the house to be rental friendly with all the amenities that todays renters demand. All the bedrooms en suite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view . The pool with its independent spa and outdoor kitchen make it a great place to chill out and relax by the beach.

My wife and I have rented vacation homes for many years, never have we found a better equiped home. The photos are extremely accurate, what you see is what you get and them some. The property is extremely clean and well thought out. (If you plan to built a vacation home in the future it would pay you to spend some time here.) There is not another home on the island to match this one. The pool is large by vacation home standards and family friendly. Due to shipping delays for pool heater parts (no fault of owner) there was a delay in having the pool heated, something I would recommend in the winter months. The owner was great to follow through and very resonable with his solution to the problem.
The property would be ideal for a large family or several couples with or without children. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island but will not be our last. We plan to expand our time to 2 weeks next winter.

Wonderful Vacation

Truly a first class home with all the amenities to enjoy any type of vacation. We rent many homes for our summer vacations and over the last 15 years this home was without a doubt one of top three we’ve stayed. Everything from the views to the beach was perfect. The elevator was a huge a convenience with the luggage and groceries. The pool and hot tub is one of the homes best features. After a great day at the beach, it was really nice to lounge around the pool where shade was easy to find to just cool off before dinner. Great local places to eat and if you enjoy a quiet beach with plenty of white sand and crystal blue water, this is the right place. Owners are very easy to work with and professional. Great experience, would highly recommend this home.

The owner's description of this villa as comfortable and relaxing is an understatement. The amenities are world class and show the love put into this home. The beach is pristine, the shopping and restaurants on Anna Maria Island are very good with all price ranges available. A walk down the beach gets you to a very good beachfront restaurant. An easy walk brings you to the main street in town with unique shops and places to eat. While a car would be best to enjoyed the whole area, a free trolley is available daily all along the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home, lovely beach and relaxed island living.

Quiet, comfortable, and well appointed...this home has it all. Beautiful sunesets to view from the private oceanfront deck and plenty of room family and friends.
We have rented numerous vacation homes and this is one of the best. Great location for walking to area restaurants and shops.
