This building is a few minutes away from all the fashionnable places and venues of the Miami Beach ; close to Lincoln Road and Ocean drive home to restaurants and night clubs

The furniture , the bed and some electrical appliances are new , the living room nicely decorated comprises sofa bed , flat screen TV , nice dining table with 8 chairs.

In the nicely decorated living-room, you will find a sofa-bed , a flat screen TV a inviting dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with among others , a fridge , a dish washer , a toaster , electrical coffe maker , a cooking oven and a micro-wave oven. Cleaning the flat at the condo of the stay is required. 1000 USD deposit is requested
