7 bedroom, 5 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, outdoor shower, sleeps 15

Our home is the perfect place for family gatherings with 7 large bedrooms and 5 full baths situated on a private 2 acre lot less than 1/10th of a mile to the beach. The house sits high on a hill with expansive views off two decks, great light, nice breezes and loads of privacy. An expansive lawn surrounds the house with a sandbox, garden, 1/2 basketball court and soccer goal. Two family rooms with flat screen tv's, a playroom and two fireplaces.

The upper level has a gourmet kitchen with cathedral ceiling, large center island and 6 burner stove. The living room has a full bar with counter seating, large fireplace and game table. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. The second master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed and full bath. There are two additional bedrooms with a private deck on the upper level.

The ground level has two family rooms (one of each side of the house) and 3 large bedrooms.

Close to Powers Landing & Chequesset Country Club: 1/10th mile to Powers Landing beach ; 1/4th mile to Chequesset Country Club ; 1/2 mile to Baker's Field & Marina

3/4 mile to town.

Solar Powered Home & Home Entertainment System: Our home has recently been converted to solar powered electricity and hot water.

Our home features an indoor/outdoor home entertainment system. The system includes a wall mounted control system with an Ipod docking station so you can always plug in your favorite music and listen in multiple rooms.

Our home is located in one of the more desirable spots in Wellfleet, close to the bay, town and the public park. Whether its a wedding or family gathering looking to find the ideal vacation spot, our home provides you with a gorgeous, private setting to enjoy a quiet evening or host a fabulous indoor/outdoor party.

Wellfleet is a fantastic place to visit for all types of travelers. Ocean beaches to surf, bay beaches to kayak, sail, paddleboard or waterski and fresh water ponds to enjoy a swim. Wellfleet has 25+ restaurants and 20+ galleries to enjoy in town. The outer cape has a 28 mile bike trail that runs from S. Dennis to Provincetown. Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is a beautiful nature preserve with 5 walking trails - a bird watchers paradise. Baker's Field is a fabulous park with 2 baseball fields, skateboard park, 4 tennis courts, large playground & soccer field.

Wellfleet is a magical place to visit

Great Home For A family Vacation

We rented this great house for a family vacation. There were 8 adults and 8 children whose ages ranged from 4 to 16. The layout of the house was perfect, there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and when we wanted to be all together there was room for everyone. The dinning area and outside decks were perfect. The large yard with a half basketball court was great for the kids. The private location of the house made for great outdoor activities.
The house was very clean and very well equiped and easily handled our large family. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this house for a family vacation.
