The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants (5 min drive). Also available are private parking facilities should you wish to hire a car. Located near by is WaterWorld water park which is a must see for kids and adults alike. The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters. Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun. The villa is 200mtrs from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the local beach, 1 mile from Water world water park, 4 miles from Ayia Napa centre, 300mtrs from access to motorway, 20 meters from major road, which is on the main bus route, 40 mins from Larnaca or Protaras, 1hr from Limassol and 2 and a half hrs from Paphos.

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required (£300) in the form of a cheque. This will be returned within 10 days of completion of your holiday, as long as there are no damages to the property or its contents.

No Single Sex Groups: Please be aware the villa is situated in a quiet location with permanent residence on site. The villa is therefore not suitable for prohibited groups (groups of boys/girls). Please do not try to book the villa under false presences as these groups will be turned away on arrival and no refund given what so ever.
