This is a fabulous 2 bedroom ground floor quad apartment available for long or short term rental in the very popular area of Playa Flamenca on the sunny Costa Blanca in Spain. It comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge has a TV with English channels and a DVD player. The pool is right next to the property so not far to walk! The Flamenca beach commercial centre with restaurants, bars etc is a ten minute walk away, while the actual beach is a twenty to thirty minutes walk. There are also three restaurants and one bar just five minutes walk away (chinese, italian and indian). A local bus service is provided in the summer months

The town of Torrevieja with its long beach front promenade, excellent shopping, cafes, largest market in southern Spain and nightlife is just a short drive away. Playa Flamenca is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a very short drive.

  • Please, note that the cleaning charge (up to 2 people, 5 euros per person after) and being met at the property with the keys is included in the price above.
    Air conditioning is available as an optional extra.

    A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Smoking on the terrace only, please. A damage and key deposit of £100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Payment may be made by personal cheque, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments via PayPal. These payments will incur an additional charge of 3.5%.
