This beach-front family cottage is recently renovated. It includes a master suite with private bathroom. It is a wonderful place for gatherings with a light, open kitchen, dining room, living room and deck with a sunset view of Lake Michigan. A short path through the beach-front woods opens to 22 stairs down to the private beach. It is located near I 196 and within 15 minutes of the varied festivals, plays, art exhibits, restaurants and shops in Saugatuck, Douglas, Holland, Fennville and South Haven. The beautiful countryside also includes farm fresh food stands, antique shops, winery, quilt shop, walking trails, and historical sites.

We have stayed at several cottage and this was one of the very nicest cottages that we have stayed at. The photos were very nice, but the house was even more impressive and spacious than the photos showed.

The listing was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities and the house was immaculate and well maintained and very nicely furnished.

Every thing we needed was provided and in perfect condition.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. All of our questions were answered quickly and completely. Although, we didn't need to contact them during our stay I have no doubt that they would have been very timely with their assistance.

The beach and the lake were fantastic. We had three generations staying at the house and all had a great time.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we will be returning to vacation there, again.
