This is a unique home. It has many great features including a full dining room for entertaining, a media room with a 58' Panasonic Plasma TV, blue ray DVD player, hundreds of DVD's, satellite system, high speed wireless internet, hot tub, steam shower, table tennis, 7'Steinway Grand Piano and a treadmill for light workouts.
Tim is great, we never got to meet him, maybe next time.
This was a great home in a great location.
Loved the hot tub and outdoor ping pong table.
Would definitely stay there next time we visit vancouver.
Easy breezy check in/ check out
Tim allowed us a late check out which was great
We enjoyed the outdoor decks and steam shower also.
The home is extremely well equipped, it's like someone lives there but they don't keep their clothing there.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay & would definitely rent it again when we return to Vancouver. The house is clean & very comfortable & we enjoyed everything about the house, especially the hot tub. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Tim, the owner was very accommodating, considerate & courteous and I highly recommend this rental as it is an incredible house & is a better choice than any hotel. . It has a fully equipped kitchen a lovely dining area that is next to the windowed doors of the balcony deck along with several other amenities & the steam shower was fabulous. Thanks for everything Tim we truly enjoyed our stay at your rental: from Ed, Violet & Jordana
This home has modern amenties, very comfortable bedroom suite and adjacent bathroom with shower/sauna. We have 3 kids ages 16, 18, 21, and the extra aerobed was a bonus to sleep a family of 5. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the ping pong table. The entertainment area has a superb DVD collection and made our evening family viewing fun. The baby grand piano was also used and enjoyed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and 1 block from Main Street, who has many trendy restaruants and public transporation access. The home is close to downtown with a view of the mountain ranges in the background. We used our GPS for just about everything, as the roadways are crowded and busy. The owner, Tim, is accomodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent the home again if we return to Vancouver. Our family vacation was lovely having stayed in this home rather than a hotel.
The home is clean and beautifully decorated and fully furnished. The owner is easy to work with and payment was straight forward. Being first time visitors to Vancouver, we tried to hit the highlights. For us, a GPS is a must, particularly in downtown with lots of one way streets. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The landlord was very attentive and even offered to pick us up late at night when we returned from a bus trip. Everything in the house was nice, including two balconies, a hot tub, and some lovely art. We were a block off main street in a pleasant, safe neighborhood, and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. When we walked to Main Street, which we did often, we could look towards downtown and see a beautiful mountain in the background. There were several good places to eat, a couple nice markets, and a wine, beer, liquor store within walking distance. We spent as much time just relaxing in the house as we did touring Vancouver. We would definitely rent this house again if we get a chance to return to Vancouver.
