SEA BREEZE IS AT THE BEACH! LARGE 1 BR, 2 BA OCEANFRONT CONDO

I wanted to take my mom and sister on a mini vacation at the beach. This condo was in a perfect location because it is steps from the beach but also only a mile or so from very quaint and historical Fernandina... the best of both worlds! The condo was spotless and had all the amenities needed for the perfect beach vacation. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and very relaxing. There was covered parking , an elevator to the condo, as well as a secured access and walkway to the beach. All very nice commodities especially for my 78 year old mom. The pictures were very precise with the exception (as mentioned in a previous review) of the TV stand. It is an open "easel" stand because it has been upgraded to a flat screen TV. We really felt at home here, and the other guests in neighboring condos were very pleasant and were also happy to be there!. The owner was very gracious, welcoming, and helpful. When I had questions, he responded almost immediately! Other amenities included beach equipment and two bicycles.. great for venturing out into very nearby Fort Clinch or even to town! I highly recommend this property... I am already recommended it to friends and neighbors! I just love this property and I hope to return and stay there again soon!

This condo was perfect for an extended weekend retreat. We were footsteps to the beach. It was also nice to have a dedicated and covered parking space. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Jeff was also very helpful. My only cons were the pool beach view being blocked by the bar and the sheer curtains mean plan on rising early. The pictures are accurate. The only difference I noticed was the tv stand is changed. The location was great as Fort Clinch was close (could bike there easily) and the historic downtown area was minutes away. We didn't have trouble with parking either. We recommend the Chez Lezan bakery for take out for breakfast. She's good and reasonable. Also try Kelley's Kourtyard for lunch. The spinach dip was amazing.

My mother-in-law and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The only thing that I would have changed if possible would have been the length of time. We were only able to stay 2 nights...one more night would have been perfect for a short vacation, but usually I like a week :) Weather was great, location and easy access to EVERYTHING that we wanted to do, see or get was perfect. The condo was beautiful with great views of the beach. I'm looking forward to going again soon.
