Cozy and luxurious House of two floors with pool, situated in the beautiful and the most glorious Brazilian beach - Jurerê Internacional.

Has three suites with double box beds, cots for children up to three years, double sofa bed and full dependency maid, equipped with nine persons and one more child. All suites have spacious external balconies are quite sunny and airy, with views to flowery areas. Solar heating and hot water throughout the House. Closed garage for two cars, with electronic gate. Bars in all Windows of the ground floor. Screens against insects in all openings. Five LED and two TVs with SKY. Alarms and private surveillance. In addition to split air conditioner, has nine large ceiling fans. Fireplace and built-in barbecue.

Lies on the main avenue of Balneario, two hundred meters from the sea, near varied trade, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets, taxi, etc. Selective public transport before the House.
