Birdland is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with panoramic water views. This home sits up very high and looks over all the island vegetation for unbelievable water and island views. You can see the bay, the harbor, the gulf of Mexico, Captiva Pass and the state park from Birdland. The home just completed an extensive remodel and has all brand new furnishings. You will enjoy a tastefully decorated living room accented by wrap around water views. The kitchen is all stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops. Lovely tile floors throughout. The home has a 4th level observation room with exterior deck that looks at the gulf and bay. This room also is used as a 4th bedroom.
