(Leave the car in underground parking and a free ski bus takes you to the chairlift)

The apartment consists of:

One bedroom with double bed and quality mattress bed (160 x 200), furnished with a large wardrobe and dressers.

A very well appointed with oven and ceramic hob (4) kitchen, refrigerator (small freezer compartment), kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery for 6 people.

Open to the living room with a kitchen chair, a table and a sofa (bed quality (160 x 200).

Cable TV, flat screen TV, 200 channels, movies on-demand, secure WiFi.

South furnished balcony with garden furniture. (From February sunny all day)

In the building, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Garden with swings for children.

Underground parking, do not take your vehicle, the free ski bus takes you to the building in winter and takes you directly to the chairlift (time heads-30min hte season)

A bathroom with shower, washbasin, large mirror and toilet.

Linen includes duvet cover (160 x 200) and pillow (60 x 60), the fitted sheet mattress.

Cloth (towel) and a bath towel per person. Two towels for the kitchen.

Final cleaning is compulsory end of stay. However, the tenant must leave the apartment clean and tidy. The state of final spot in the presence of tenants and a representative of the owner define if an additional cleaning should be sought. Conditions are included in the lease.

Morgins is a pretty village in the heart of the Swiss Alps, connected to international Portes du Soleil.

  • Rental rates are given in Swiss Francs, the payment is made by bank transfer in Euro or Swiss Francs.
    The lease is sent to the tenant who signs and returns to the owner with an amount of 30% of the rent corresponding to the deposit.

    50% of the rental is due at least 60 days before the start of the rental and the balance 30 days before. In case of late booking, the whole of the rent is due upon receipt of the lease.

    A deposit of 500 Swiss Francs is requested to collect the keys. It is intended to cover any costs or damages to the tenant. It will be returned within two weeks after the start of the customer.
    The deposit is also accepted in Euro (deposit check accepted).
  • At this rate, it should be added:

    20CHF per person for bed linen and towels (required for any stay - 3 weeks)
    120CHF final cleaning compulsory subject to a degree of normal dirt after occupation
    as well as taxes (CHF 2.10 per adult per night and £ 1. 05 per child 6-15 years)
