Our home boasts 3 bedrooms with an additional Full size pull out couch available in the basement, 3.5 baths, Wi-fi, gameroom in walk out basement with 50 inch flat screen tv, dvd, pool table and darts. Kitchen includes granite counters, garbage disposal, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Master suite has tv with amazing views. Home has central AC and ceiling fans in every room. Washer and dryer available. 2nd story deck has outdoor table, gas grill and extra seating for entertaining. Fireplace is useable with Duraflame logs ONLY. Townhouse is ideally located to enjoy a variety of activities throughout the year. We are half mile from Camelback Ski Resort, Camelback Mountain Adventures and Camelbeach. Mt. Airy Casino is less than 15 minutes away and shopping at Crossings Outlets is 5 mins away. NOTE: Will not rent to groups younger than age 25. Why rent my home: Ample parking for more than 2 cars ( garage is not available for parking during winter months), very early check in times and evening hours check out time, end unit with a non- rental property next door for quietness and privacy, and it is MY 2nd HOME so it is fully stocked. Also, if you have small children, no need to pack all the stuff...it's already there! Awesome basement for plenty of extra space.
We were born in the Poconos and wished to return home often to spend time with our families who still live in the area. It was an easy decision to buy at Camelback. It is an amazing area so close to home!

We chose Northridge Estates because we loved the location to the mountain and our property in particular because of the views! It is one of the few properties located in Tannersville that are privy to such a full spectrum view of Camelback at night ! Our house also already contained a lot of the upgrades we were looking for in a home. Living close to the city and wanting to retain a more contemporary décor in our mountain property, this townhouse was it!
Having views from all 3 floors is pretty awesome. Whether we are playing pool in basement or sitting fire side drinking wine after a day riding the slopes, our home provides us with great comfort and happiness! I know, sounds cheesy, right!?...but its so true : )
Meant to do this earlier but totally forgot. House was beautifully decorated and was spotless. Bedrooms & bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. The game room basement was a huge plus to hang out, have fun, and relax after a long day of skiing. Views from the back was breathtaking again. The owner also had a handy binder with helpful information for the renter and was very helpful through the whole rental process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going with families or friends.
What a great place you have!! Location is second to none with gorgeous views of Camelback Mtn. Beautifully decorated and appointed with all the amenities, even a gameroom! One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. Looking forward to coming back soon!
This was a very nice home with great views of the slopes. It was the perfect house for our long weekend at Camelback. The owner was very nice and made the renting process very easy.
I usually stay at the homes you can ski on/ski off at Camelback, but this house was so much nicer than any of those that I think driving and parking is worth it. It was much cleaner and more updated than any home I've rented. The people that make the trip and don't want to ski will appreciate this home more than any ski on/ski off home.
The distance between the entrance to this development and Camelback parking is literally 1000 feet, so making the short drive and parking or having someone drop you off is very, very easy.
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested, just as long as it's not the weekend I'm trying to rent.
We rented this house for an extended weekend of tubing/skiing and we could NOT have been happier. It had all the comforts of home and everything we needed to make our weekend maintenance free. The view was amazing during the day and unbelievable at night. We spent most of our stay in the basement playing pool and shooting darts. There was plenty to keep our 3 yr old and teenagers occupied! We were amazed at the upgrades this unit has. It is definitely not your typical rental! The little things truly make this a unique rental. We will be coming back every year!
I rented this property for my niece's sweet sixteen birthday. There were six teenagers and several adults staying for three days. I found this rental to be a perfect spot to vacation with teens. Camelbeach is just a stones throw away, which made it convenient for drop off and pick-ups from the park. The house was beautiful with a breath taking view of the mountain with a back deck that is just perfect to end a long day. The house was very well kept and very warming, items such as garbage bags, pans, towels etc. were provided which made packing convenient.
The finished basement contains a pool table and darts, everything teens need to keep themselves occupied. There was also enough sleeping space for them to spend the night there also. While the teens were in the basement the adults could have privacy on the main floor, which worked out perfectly. The upstairs floor could comfortable sleep six adults. This was a wonderful vacation rental. I can't wait to try it out during the ski season!

What a great place to stay! The condo is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a big group. The downstairs is the perfect place to hang out. There's a pool table, dart board and a very comfortable couch to just sit and watch movies. It's right next to Camelback and the outlets. The view of the slopes from the deck is AMAZING. If the weather is warm, definitely sit out there with a cup of coffee or a snack. We brought our 4 year old daughter. There was plenty of space for her to play and the best part was that she had her own bedroom. Frankly, we enjoyed staying in just as much as we enjoyed going out. This is a really great place and we will definitely stay here again!

Golf: Hal C. Purdy's 6,500 yrd 18 hole golf course is available for public play at Mt. Airy Casino and Resort.
Ski: Camelback Ski Resort, voted #1 resort in Northeastern PA, is directly across the way. It offers night skiing, an awesome terrain park, ski and snowboard school and Camelcare Daycare for families with young children.
