House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Welcome to our home away from home! We would like to offer you our home as your next vacation rental. It has everything you need for a fun filled family holiday and if the adults are getting away to the desert for golfing, shopping or just kicking back relaxing by the pool in our private back yard this is the place for you. All you need is clothes and food and your all set for a memorable time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the propane bbq is ready for your out door entertaining and there is a dishwasher for easy clean up.

Master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and the ensuite has separate shower and soaker tub. There is also a patio door in the master bedroom room for easy access to pool and spa or to star gaze in the warm evenings. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins or they can be put together to make a king bed and the bedding is available there.

The caseta is the fourth bedroom that has a futon and makes into a double bed, plus there is a air mattress if needed. this bedroom is at the other end of the home and does have its own entrance.

The home has two air conditioners for your comfort and has a washer and dryer so no need to run to the laundry mat.

For other entertainment we have a pool table and play station two with a few games, as well as a couple of card and dice games or just sit back relax and watch a movie on the dvd player. There is also free internet access available.

Our home is minutes away from big box shopping and 30 minutes away from the Cabezon outlet mall, What can I say about the golfing it is all around us and the prices are incredible!!!!

Perfect family gathering

Over the December holidays my family came to the desert so we all could be together. The home was the perfect place to have the additional guests that were unable to stay in my home. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed. The yard and pool are quite lovely which was enjoyed by my Colorado family who came from temperatures in the low teens. I would definitely recommend this very nice family friendly home. The owners and the property manger could not have been better to deal with. Certainly a home that would be on the top of our list if we are able to do this again. Many thanks for helping us have a wonderful holiday filled with love and laughter!

Relaxing desert oasis

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely La Quinta home. Our three children spent hours every day in the pool. Plenty of grocery options nearby, and lots of family friendly restaurants as well as more upscale restaurants. I have the memory of sitting on the patio in shorts at midnight with a glass of wine to keep me warm in the cold Canadian winter. Thank you for sharing this lovely spot with me and my family.

We had family come from British Columbia,Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California to meet in sunny LaQuinta. We stayed for one week and and a great time. This home is close to everything you need, yet is in a quiet area for privacy. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from the winter blues. If our family chooses this area again for a meeting place we would hope to find this home available again.

GREAT HOUSE!!!!!!!

I rented this house last weekend for 3 nights and I can't say enough about how good they were to deal with. They made the process very easy in every way. Also, the house itself was beautiful and there was lots of room for a big group. The back yard was very nice, private, quiet, and the pool and hot tub were amazing.

I'd rent this house again in a heartbeat.
