Stainless Steel appliances including New Digital Subzero Refrigerator in a fully equipped kitchen, 600 Sq. Foot Master Bedroom with Thomasviile Bedroom Suite of furniture, Samsung 55' Hi Def Flat Screen, Tempurpedic King Size bed, DVD/VCR, and Pella Designer Series Sea Door & Windows w/ Blackout Shades in between the glass & automatic screen door closer. The masterbath is a showplace with Jacuzzi, Hi Def Flat Screen, Double Sinks, 2 4x4 skylights(one operable), and a Solid Glass & Granite Shower Stall.

Wonderful Classy Beach House

What an incredible experience I had at Robert's beach house. He and his staff had it all ready for my family and me. We saw Dolphins swim by every day. My husband even saw a spouting Whale. We caught fish right off the deck and cooked them on the grill, what great food!

WHAT A GREAT LOCATION FOR A VACATION HOME. IT was right on the sand and there was also a private beach lot half a football field big, where 7 houses should be, Robert said it was set aside for the property owners and their guests. I have not seen that anywhere in Malibu! So even at high tide we had a place to lay our towels down.

We can not wait to come back. Thanks Robert!

Absolutely Perfect Beach House!!!

We have stayed at this beach house the past 2 years. It is truly an amazing house! It has all of the luxuries(memory foam bed and jacuzzi to name a couple) and is right on the water! The house has everything you need. Our 2 year old son just loves the private beach! We were there the busy weekend and week of Memorial Day and still had the beach to ourselves every day! We love having Moonshadows a few doors down so we could get delicious food to bring home and enjoy on the beautiful balcony! We saw dolphins, a baby seal, and crabs daily! At high tide, we saw sharks, sting rays, and fish from the balcony! It was wonderful to see them in their natural habitat! The owner is extremely accomodating and is a great, trustworthy guy! That means so much to us! I recommend this beautiful beach house to anyone! We will definitely be back next year, if not sooner!

Thanks again for another fabulous trip!

Best Vacation rental out there!!!!

I had such a great time renting this house! It really felt as much like home as a vacation rental possibly could be. The owner Robert and his staff were very nice and considerate. The house is definitely worth the price and then some. The house has everything in it. Flat-screen TVs in all the rooms of the house. The house has a very nice sub zero refrigerator and new range. The view from the house at sunset is amazingly beautiful and is one of a kind. The property is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Its was fun not having to going very far to go to a beach since there is a private one right down the stairs from the house. I really enjoyed staying her and the house was in great shape. Looking forward to bring the rest of my family next time i come.

10 Million Dollar View, an awesome vacation

Robert and his staff were very helpful to my family and I. They helped us with anything we asked. They told us about Moonshadows a fabulous restaurant within walking distance. They also told us about wonderful tidepools that my family enjoyed seeing because it had a lot of diverse sea creatures in it, red, pink, purple and orange star fish, I had never seen so many. The tidepools were just a short beach walk away. The location couldn't have been more perfect. As for the house, it looked even better than the pictures on this site. The house was spotless and and had everything you could want in a vacation rental. The Jacuzzi in the master bedroom was very relaxing as well as the King sized tempurpedic. (I am going out to buy a tempurpedic because I got the best sleep of my life when I stayed at this house!!) The flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and bathroom and the HUGE TV in the living room made it so that we could stay in and relax after having a magical day playing at the beach. When the night hit, my family and I ventured around malibu going to a bunch of amazing restaurants and movies right in malibu! The only bad part about the vacation was the fact that we had to leave. I am deffinetly coming back next year and will bring a bunch of my friends and family. I am recomending this to my friends and family. You cannot go wrong renting this house, it will be the best vacation you will ever have!
