ONE WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL - WE PREFER SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS.

NO SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS FOR LONG TERM RENTALS.

We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. Simply call them at 843-686-5833 and ask for the discount. They offer free delivery, locks and baskets as well.

We are booked tentatively for Heritage Golf Tournament 2014, the tentative dates are April 6th to 13th.

Beautifully renovated and designer decorated three bedroom and three bath villa furnished with French and Swedish antiques. Designer decorated with many of the antique pieces for sale. The villa owner's antique shop is Jacqueline Adams Antiques in Atlanta, Georgia.

Recently renovated so that dining room, kitchen, and vaulted family room are open to each other with fantastic view of Harbor Town golf course (10th and 16th holes and Calibogue Sound). The renovation took out many walls and includes granite countertops and new kitchen cabinets, travertine floors throughout the main floor, hardwood floors in all three bedrooms. Full kitchen with premium stainless appliances. The master bedroom/bathroom and one guest room with bathroom are upstairs, and the other guest room with bathroom is downstairs (this downstairs bathroom has two lockable doors and also serves as the downstairs powder room). All three bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. All three bedrooms have king sized beds with custom antique headboards including designer sheets, towels, and bed linens. There is also a large hide-away bed in sofa in family room. All furniture is either antique or recently recovered upholstery. Upstairs master suite has oversized tub and deck viewing golf course. All bathrooms have been upgraded, new cabinets, granite countertops, and travertine tiles. There is a patio on the main level with four chairs, a table with umbrella, and a view of the golf course. Walk to Harbor Town just a couple minutes away or bike to the beach and scenic paths. You can also drive to the beach, just minutes away, and park at the recently upgraded Sea Pines Beach Club with a restaurant, restrooms, and beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Parking is free and in busy summer months valet service is provided at the club. Conveniently the Twin Oaks neighborhood pool is located literally right across the driveway. Additionally this villa has Time Warner cable and wifi connectivity.

About The Owner

This villa is owned by a family in the antique business in Atlanta who's antique shop (Jacqueline Adams Antiques) originated on Hilton Head Island in Harbor Town and has been significantly expanded since beginning in the late 70's and now includes the second generation of family members. The owners were very well versed on good real estate locations having previously owned three villas and one home in Sea Pines.

We've rented via VRBO many times. This is by far the nicest in terms of luxury, amenities, and comfort. Every detail from a gourmet kitchen and superior quality linens/bedding to very comfortable seating in the living and dining room made our stay feel like home. Our dog, Charlie, enjoyed giving tips to the golfers as they passed, as well as, the great runs on the beach playing with other local and visiting canines. The collection of antiques gave each room a delightful touch. The owners were very helpful and responsive..

I highly recommend this villa. It is better than a five star hotel! Great location with a beautiful view of the golf course. Short walk to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center. The owners made check-in very easy. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!

We absolutely loved staying here last week! My 4 year old daughter liked it so much that she begged to decorate our house like it then cried and asked if we could just stay there forever the night before we left!! The kitchen was a dream to use and the beds were nice and comfy!!! We travel to Hilton Head every year and this was my favorite place we've stayed yet!!!

So Beautiful!

We were 3 couples, and this townhouse was perfect, having 3 king beds and 3 ensuite baths. The kitchen is huge, which was great. If you do plan to cook, like we did, you will need to provide everything edible, including salt. Not a complaint, just a matter of expectation. The kitchen has adequate cookware, but a kitchen of that caliber deserves better. There are lots of utensils and enough dishes.
The finishes in the unit are outstanding: granite, stone, fine wood, and of course, the furnishings are exquisite! The bathrooms are gorgeous. The pool is "right there" and the location is terrific. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Absolutely Beautiful Vacation Rental - A MUST See! - You will NOT be disappointed!

When you enter the front door - you will be so amazed! The open floor plan of this contemporary kitchen that wraps around the dining room and family room are absolutely beautiful! The gorgeous view of the golf course right in your back yard is enough to captivate each and every guest of all ages! The Villa is decorated with exquisite Antiques, hardwood floors, top of the line stainless steel appliances, etc. There are two balconies that overlook the golf course. I can not say enough about this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa which flaunts a beautiful wood staircase leading to the 2nd floor bedrooms (nice privacy bedroom on the first floor also!). The pool is conveniently located directly across from the villa, and the bike trail is absolutely amazing! My family labels me a "hotel critic". I can truly say that I have no criticism about this Villa - only Praises!!! You will be completely satisfied in choosing this vacation Villa as your next vacation rental accommodation!
