Holiday Season 2009-2010 is available with a 14 night minimum at $5,550 per night (A $1,000 per night savings compared with past years!). Holiday rate applies between December 18th and January 4th, 2010. We may consider two separate rentals - one over each holiday - with a shorter minimum stay of 7-10 nights.
Offered for spring through summer and fall (until December 18th, 2009 excluding Thanksgiving Week) for just $3,000 per night plus taxes. The value of this vacation home reverts back to the regular rate of $4,000 per night in 2010.
The Ka`anapali Hawaiiana House is one of the very few legal hotel-zoned vacation rental homes on Maui.
This oceanfront panoramic view estate offers a full complement of luxurious amenities. There are four oversized bedroom suites each with a private bath and entertainment system, direct beachfront access, an ipod/iphone docking station, itunes wireless reception, high speed wireless internet service, a large ocean side swimming pool (heating fee is optional), hot tub, an office work space, exercise equipment, spacious kitchen with beautiful granite counters and gas range, BBQ grill, and central air conditioning with independent and separately controlled zones in each bedroom and the various great rooms.

Maui is now blessed with several superlative private vacation homes all of which are available through Tropical Villa Vacations, however Hawaiiana House is by far the most comfortable, home-like, and personable residence which we have the honor to represent. Loving consideration was granted to the furnishings, mosaic tile, limestone and marble floors, teak carved railings, Plantation era art, model ships, and overstuffed comfortable sofas.
To stay at Hawaiiana House is a wonderful experience that any quality of luxury hotel cannot match. Bed linens are buttery soft. Each bedroom has vaulted open beam ceilings and is generously over-sized with exceptionally comfortable beds and plush lounging chairs. Each limestone bath has a powerful shower providing refreshing cleansing. Hawaiiana House is surprisingly quiet with impeccable sound-proofing, providing privacy for each bedroom.
During evening, only the gentle lapping of waves on the beach can be heard. Palm tree fronds bounce in the wind, and moon beams illuminate the ocean. Each morning, birds sing outside the windows and the ocean glows turquoise blue-green.
Ka`anapali Beach sweeps along the coastline in front of Hawaiiana House for what seems like miles of sandy shores. The golden pink sand beach melts beneath your bare feet. A fascinating underwater reef just offshore and to the right side of the house provides a convenient playground for scuba diving and snorkeling. Private charter boats sail into the sunset from the beach in front of Hawaiiana House. West Maui airport is minutes away for easy access from other islands. Popular spots for snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, swimming, jet skiing, and para-sailing are all within the Ka`anapali to Kapalua region. Walk a few steps along a sandy path to al-fresco beach front dining. Shop and dine to your absolute content at Whaler's Village in Ka`anapali Resort, in historic Lahaina, and at the swanky Kapalua Resort. A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to 3 meals per day.
