Each bedrooms boasts a safe, there is a 50 sq.m terrace to eat al fresco, a pool that is daily maintained, a hammam for 6 persons, a laundry room with clothes drier and washing machine. The house is 160 sq.m with a 500 sq.m closed garden and garage. There are 5 televisions including 1 with Canal Satellite. The security guard is very helpful and discreet. The house is located in a sought-after area because it’s quiet but close to everything. People are very nice and a grocery for bread, milk and cigarettes is in front of the house. You can rent a suite with access to the entire house. € 300 per week for the suite or € 900 per week for the entire house, all inclusive rates.

During the night, you can go out in the area, it’s not risky, the residents are very nice and there are many European owners. Nature lovers will be happy to go for a stroll on the beach which is up to 300 m away from the house. There is also the Lac Rose (Pink Lake) with thousands of birds. You can also visit Saint-Louis, the Gorée Island and its history. People who know Senegal, all did the same: they go and stay in a hotel complex in the centre of Saly with tourists and sellers on every single corner, and then return to calmer and much nicer areas, far away from the tourist fauna. On site, you can have a guide, a taxi, a fisherman that can suggest you activities, a cleaner who can cook for you, a security guard who maintains the house, the pool, etc. If you need anything, he fetches it with pleasure, everybody appreciates him and he’s very discreet because he lives on site but separate from your accommodation. For car rental, a friend of mine has a garage “Saly Service” so you can rent a car in good conditions without risks. I can also organiza your transfer for Dakar to the house for € 50, you only have to tell me when you arrive and someone will wait for you and pick you up at the airport. For the regulars, you can rent a car at the airport.

From July, we also can offer an all-inclusive service for 2. It’s charges € 1500 per week for 2 and includes: accommodation, morning, midday and evening meals (French, Senegalese with fresh products), excursion to the pink lake, a fishing day in the sea (we guarantee that you will come back with a lot of fish) and a choice of 2 excursions. A driver with vehicle during your entire stay, cleaning, pool, hammam, Senegalese cooking classes if you wish.
When you arrive at the airport, a driver takes care of you and you won’t have to plan anything on site. This option will be available in July 2012 because many of our guests asked us to offer this package. These guests are persons who came many times in Senegal, in all inclusive hotels but without excursion, means of transport, guide, etc. and they noticed that when they added the excursions and activities to the starting price, the price had doubled. In addition, there were 50 persons in a bus for 1 activity whereas in our package, you have private tours in an ATV with guide driver; you visit places that you couldn’t visit with the hotels package and 50 persons on a bus. For example, for half-day fishing trips, you have to pay € 300 if you want to come back with fish while we have day or half-day trip for this offer. For experienced fishermen, we can organize 3 fishing trips during the stay for the same price, or a trip in the bush, in a wildlife park, in Dakar, etc. The stay is adapted to the demand of the guest but there is no obligation. Book quickly because this package is in great demand. We offer this package once a month one family at a time so we don’t have several persons at the same time and make sure to maximize the guest’s satisfaction.
