Villa Dos Perlas is a luxury 4 bedroom detached property with a large private pool overlooking the Mediterranean. This non-estate villa is south facing with wonderful sea views. Dos Perlas is a casual stroll from the village centre with its shop, post office, bars, restaurants and the local tram station. The villa has a magnificent ground floor terrace with barbeque and seating area overlooking the 12m pool and Jacuzzi. The lounge patio doors lead on to a large terrace with spectacular views towards the sea and the town of El Campello. The Lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and a wood burning stove. The bright modern well equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The ground floor utility room has a washing machine and a second fridge and microwave. The activity room has a full size pool table. Shaded parking is provided behind remote controlled gates. The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people. A great holiday location!!!!

Coveta Fuma is situated on the outskirts of the typically Spanish town of El Campello. Coveta as it is known is made up of small coves spreading along the coast line of the Mediterranean Sea. There are local Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket and railway station within 5 minutes of the villa. You will also discover small Tavernas (bars) set within the coves. The half hourly train service will connect you to the town of El Campello which offers you a wide choice of Bars, Shop, Restaurants set on a spacious promenade over looking the golden sandy beach. There are 2 high quality golf courses (Bonalba & Alicante) within the area and the Cosmopolitan City of Alicante accessed via the local Tram service. The popular resort of Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away were you will find such entertainment as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundamar, Benidorm Palace etc.. The Airport of Alicante is only a short journey away (approx 25 mins) and easily reached via the N332 roadway or A7 motorway.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Long term rental is available at €1300 per month (minimum of 3 months). Christmas / New Year and Easter are charged at €850 per week.
    A 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa, the balance is required 4 weeks before booked dates. A €250 damage deposit is required at the time of balance payment and is refunded after departure upon a satisfactory property check subject to no damage or disrespectful treatment of the villa and its contents..
    Prices show accommodation rental, please add 200€ linen and clean to holiday total.

  • EXTRAS

Excellent Villa

The Villa was excellent, nicely furnished, clean, plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery etc. Good layout- loads of space both inside and out for our party of 8 + baby. The pool was fab and the jacuzzi a nice option for the evenings. Spent most nights outside on the terrace. Great also to have the large balcony so we never felt 'on top of each other'. The activity room was fab -suprised there wasn't a photo on web site as it was a real bonus with pool table tv/dvd, electric piano and lots of space for little ones to run around out of the sun. Shop and tram stop 5 mins walk away. Village square 7 mins away and was delightful in the evenings with everyone eating outside at the handful of restaurants while children played in the playground a few yards away. Tram is hourly one way to el campello (5 mins) and hourly in the other direction to Benidorm (have to change trams so takes one hour). Although the tram was brilliant-cheap, clean and air conditioned it would be much better to hire a car if possible as the weather was so hot even the short walk to the tram stop sometimes felt like an ordeal especially if you were in danger of missing the tram and having to wait another hour. Apparently the weather has been pretty extreme this year and the only downside of the holiday was that the air con was only upstairs. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs and while a fan had been put in one bedroom the other one had no means of cooling. I asked the rental company for another fan but one didn't materialise and this meant that one of our couples had extremely uncomfortable nights. The hot water also disappered after 2 or 3 days but I didn't report this as I imagined it would mean waiting in for it to be rectified (and in any case it was so hot a cool shower was quite welcome!) Would recommend this property but advise that a car is needed especially as immediate region is hilly
