This great newly available home is 4 min from town, and is a beautiful waterfront home. This home is can sleep 14 easily and up to 20 with approval and extra fee's. The comfortable furnishings are gorgeous. A lush lawn to the water, a boat dock, covered patio, spacious luxury home, and as a bonus of the home, on top of the waterfront and firepit, it is right near town and Schweitzer close......
It has nice play and relax space, a boat dock, and the views you came to Idaho for.
This home is close to Schweitzer, a few minutes to town, 20 minutes to Silverwood, or just enjoy the home for your entire visit. It has a fireplace, Large Flat screen TV's , great lawn area, big soaking tub in the master bedroom, available wifi and computer and is about 6 minutes by boat to the Long Bridge of the lake.
Rates are sometimes negotiable depending on week, and group size. I try to work with each party and have lots of repeat business due to flexibility.
Family reunions, scrapbook parties, small , small weddings available here.(not over 25)
I also have 2 other homes on homeaway # 215864 & #220671 that sleep 12 and 20, that are on the water as well
Enjoy the Summer and the Winter:
A firepit is slated for use out by the water this Summer, as fire dept permits. Owner provides canoe, kayak, or rent some locally, boat and sea doo rentals available as well.
The water is a gradual slope in, not deep water entry. It is great for the family to relax, or do water sports, so don't miss out.

The shop is not available for rental use, as a caretaker may be occupying it to keep the landscape at it's finest for you.
