4 bedroom 3 bath, walled 'Paparazzi Proof' Home with 100 ft beachfront Deck

The House is unique for it's beach frontage - (Twice the normal amount), It has a 'Paparazzi Proof' Wall surrounding the Home. It has one of the few Private Entry Gardens on Malibu Road. It has two significant outdoor dining and sunning areas. The Eastern one has a Gas BBQ and Elevated 6 person Spa with great ocean views. There is a separate office facing the enclosed garden. The Master and Second bedroom are uniquely on the ground floor due to extended lot width.
