Each tenant is given their own individual access code, which is generated on the combination code entrance lock and only valid during the period of their stay. This ensures only the current occupants will have access to the property and their is no risk of others duplicating keys so access can be obtained later. The property is equipped with a 24 hour exterior surveillance monitoring system that records, captures and tracks external activity. The apartment's dual entries provide enhanced security by inserting two locked doors between the exterior element and the secure safe apartment. All exterior windows are also equipped with a security system to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. DC Metro which has a station within two blocks offers the utmost of convenience in transportation. Happy repeat customer!

I am a repeat client and couldn't imagine my experience to be better than before, but it did even get better! Girlfriends and I choice to lounge here for the weekend as we took part in Oprah's The Life You Want event at the Verizon Center. The location offers easy access for us traveling into the city by train and catching the metro right to this location. Erling's hospitality was on point as usual! He was there to welcome us and personally walked us out to point out some of the newest establishments that had come to the area. I highly recommend making your home here when visiting Washington D.C. and I can't wait to come back!

T Street Retreat

What a magical weekend and all the more because of our outstanding accommodations! So happy that we didn't stay in a hotel. This site was clean, updated and well maintained, bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Walked out the front door and within 1 minute was at U Street. Trader Joes, ATMs, Bus Boys and Poet Restaurant, Eatonville Restaurant, easy access to taxi. Erling, our host, couldn't have been for helpful, nurturing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Thanks Erling!

Would most definitely recommend this location for its convenience, comfort, beautiful tree line street, peacefulness and great energy and yes, I will be returning.

Great location!

This brownstone basement apt is in a great location if you want to be near neighborhood restaurants and bars (1/2 block) as well as a metro stop and Trader Joe's (about a block away). We felt safe walking around this neighborhood at all times.

Erling is very welcoming and goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need and that your stay is comfortable.

Excellent Location, Excellent Service

This was the perfect location, and the perfect host for my purposes. I needed to book a last minute stay on business and every single hotel along the Metro in DC, VA and MD were booked, including those by Reagan National. The only availability were either hostels or $650+ rooms per night. I contacted the owner on a Sunday morning to check in on Monday evening and he was able to accommodate me with no problems whatsoever. It was extremely easy to get to via the Metro from Union Station, and even easier to my office via the bus along 14th St. Facilities were clean, street was quiet, everything worked properly, and just a block away were services (supermarket, pharmacy, eateries, etc...). Landlord is easily accessible anytime. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
