UNBELIEVABLE & ROMANTIC 1 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT UNIT

My wife and I spent two fantastic weeks at Ron's Milowai condo on Maui. The condo was evrything that was described. We have spent three other vacations on Maui and this was our best. The view from the condo was fantasic. We watched whales every day and saw beautiful sunrises each morning. The trade winds were very nice. The pool was a nice place to get in after spending time in the sun. The location of this condo made it easy to get to all locations on the island. The resturants close by had great food and service. Spent many "Happy Hours" at Beach Bums. Ron was very accomidating and helpful. We highly recommend his condo and look forward to going back!!!!!

I spent a month in this beautiful Condo at Maalaea Bay! It was very convenient to everything on the Island and while it has an air-conditioner, it isn't necessary because of the Trade Wind breezes cool the Condo all the time! Perfect place to relax, cook, grill out, swim, whale watch and enjoy your time in Maui. All amenities! I would definitely recommend this unit and will stay again when I return to Maui!

Its hard to list everything, but this unit was absolutely perfect for a vacationing couple:
- the unit was clean, and in great condition
- the appliances, electronics and furniture was all newer and in great condition
- the view from the balcony was unbeatable.
- the building was quiet, we never heard any noise from other units
- the shops at Maalaea have an excellent variety for places to eat, and is in walking distance. After a day of activity, its very nice to wlak somewhere close for an excellent meal
- although Sugar Beach is not really a swimming beach, there are some nice areas that you can go in the water. Otherwise it great for walking and relaxing
- beaches on all parts of the island are easy driving distance.
- The owner, Ron, was incredibly easy to deal with

If my wife and I come back, as a couple, we would go out of our way to book this unit again.
