LUXURY VILLA 50 YARDS FROM PRIVATE BEACH PLAYACAR PHASE 1 CUL DE SAC

We stayed at Casa de los Cielos for our Easter vacation just recently with our kids who ranged from teenagers to toddlers. Upon our arrival, we were amazed at how huge the house really was inside.....it was also very inviting and extremely clean - proof that it is very well maintained. I especially loved the beachy feel from the interior decor.

Our house manager, Claudia did indeed contacted us with 24 hours of our arrival, exactly how the house owner explained. She made sure we had everything we needed. When my sister forgot to bring her daughter's stroller, Claudia had one delivered right away. When the microwave wasn't working, Claudia sent a replacement the next morning.

The beautiful white sandy beach was just a stroll away from the house which was awesome, especially when our toddlers got tired. And having your own private pool after a long hot day in the sun was just superb!! The owner made sure there were new pool toys available and this was again a plus for the kids.

Our house was tucked away from all the hussle and activity of 5th Ave but yet close enough that we were able to get to everywhere in no time.

Our Easter vacation in Playa was a wonderful and memorable one. Knowing that we had such a wonderful house to stay in made our stay even more enjoyable!!

We will definitely return to Casa de los Cielos for our next trip back to Playa Del Carmen.

We travelled to Mexico in February and experienced every possible disaster en route that one could imagine (delays in Customs, lost luggage, missed connections, etc), so imagine our delight when we entered Casa de los Cielos. It was perfect, and made us forget our many travel problems. The pictures barely do the house justice. We rented the house with friends, for a total of 4 adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we really appreciated having two master bedrooms. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with good privacy. You can see and hear the ocean from the rooftop patio. We were very well taken care of. The property manager, Claudia, called us within 24 hours of arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We were missing a playpen, and she had one brought to us immediately. There was a problem with the fridge on Friday, and she immediately came over with bags of ice to make sure our food didn't spoil. When we had problems with our airport pickup on Sunday, we called Claudia and she helped get everything sorted out (I'm sure that if not for Claudia we would have missed our flight out!).

We found the walk to 5th avenue a solid 20 minutes, but we were travelling with small children. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no stores within the gated community, meaning that we had a 30 minute round trip (minimum) if we needed anything from the store. However, we will be more organized next time and this shouldn't be a problem.

Playa del Carmen is beautiful, and we will certainly go back, and we will definitely stay at Casa de los Cielos. Knowing that we were travelling with young kids, the owner made sure that there were new beach toys, water wings, and other pool toys for us to use, which we really appreciated. I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had, start to finish!

Our friends and we stayed at Casa de los Cielos in January this year. First of all the house was very well-maintained and looked very inviting. We spent a lot of time on the private pool and the beach being barely 5 miutes away was an added plus. We went running every morning in the beach. Also, this property, being in Phase 1, we had all the privacy we wanted, yet it was close enough to get to the 5th Avenue and the other clubs and market places. The house was equipped with all the essentials a family could expect while on a vacation. All in all, a perfect family vacation home.
