  • RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
    A. Use Contact The Owner on HomeAway website and provide: Name, Email, Arrival & Departure Date, #Adults, #Children #Pets (2 max) and any message to owner.
    B. Owner responds within 3 to 12 hrs with a quote and alternate home info if this one is not available.
    C. Advise via email after quote review and we will send you required Rental Agreement.

    RENTAL POLICY:
    1.   Rates based on payment in U. S. Dollars by Check. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Processing Fee of 3.5% fee (Visa, MasterCard) and 4.5% (American Express) will apply. Additional 1% for non-USA cards.
    2.   Utilities and Services:
    A. Owner pays HOA fees, gardener, pool service, water, and trash.
    B. Guest pays for pool heating (optional) Ciego: $350 + $30/day , air conditioning surcharge May 15 - Sept. 30, all home phone charges.
  • C. For visits 60 nights and up, guest also pays cable and internet ($90/mo flat fee), electric and gas.
    3.     To all rental rates ADD: 10% Tax plus Cleaning Fee plus Deposit.
    4.     Phone: Tenant to provide their own cell phone.
    5.     Pet Policy: Up to two small pets under 25 lbs. with pricing per rental agreement.
    6. For holidays/special events not shown in table: Add $120 per night and the Minimum stay is 2 nights before, the night of, and the night after
    7.     Full Payment required if booked within 45 days of arrival. 40% of Total if booked 45 days to 6 months before arrival. 30% of Total for bookings greater than 6 months before arrival.
    8.     Reservations less than 15 days before arrival require IMMEDIATE payment ONLY by Credit Card per note 1.
    9.  Rental Agreement must be completed, signed and returned along with a copy of your Driver’s License or Passport to confirm identity and booking.
