Beautiful, well-maintained and tastefully furnished mountain home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, each on separate levels providing comfortable privacy. From the large deck, enjoy the incredible mountain views, the peaceful sound of the San Juan River in the distance and the whispering pines surrounding the house. There is a one car garage with garage door opener, a game room complete with ping-pong table and games, as well as a 'mud' room for storing skis or fishing equipment.

The location is perfect - close enough for conveniences of town but nestled on a beautiful forest mountainside for peace and solitude. Located 6 miles east of Pagosa Springs and 12 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area, the house provides easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities as well as shopping, Hot Springs, and restaurants in town.

I know my wife probably wrote something cute in the guest book, but I just wanted to add my thanks for our stay at your Pagosa home earlier this month. We couldn't have been more comfortable. What a great layout for a rental property. Each of the kids enjoyed their "own" room and floor! Not to mention Vik and I had excellent quarters as well, away from the two of them. A very peaceful and quite place. We had our friends over to dinner one night and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a well stocked kitchen. You had all the essential tools for someone who likes to cook. A rarity in rental houses for sure. Anyway thanks again for allowing us to use your home, we really enjoyed the whole experience.
