Twin Mountain is a four season destination within the White Mountain National Forest. The Presidential Mountain Range beckons hikers up to it's majestic mountain ridges and to the many Applachian Mountain Huts, cool mountain streams and rocky vistas. There is world class hiking, biking, downhill and cross country skiing from Crawford Notch over to Franconia Notch. There are snowmobile access points throughout the area. Moose can be seen on the side of the roads and even sometimes in our backyard. Sit out on the deck and enjoy looking at the stars without city glare. The Ammonoosuc river flows through the center of town and offers tranquil fishing areas as well as some fabulous refreshing swimming holes. The towns of Bethlehem, Franconia and Littleton are a short drive away and there you can find shops and nice restaurants. Our house sits 2 miles west of the four corners in Twin Mountain conveniently off Route 302. You will love your vacation in the White Mountains.
