Absolutely perfect home!

I can't say enough about this home. It is immaculate, beyond well-maintained and was furnished with the renter's every comfort in mind. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to Fry's, shopping and the 101. It is also close to an extensive trail system - we were able to walk to the hiking trails just a couple of blocks away.
The furnishings are all high-end. There are flat panel TV's in every room that we enjoyed. The linens are very nice and plentiful (extra pillows, blankets, towels, swim towels etc). And the kitchen is large, functional and has every appliance and utensil you need to make great meals.
The pool table and card table/bumper pool table were a lot of fun. But the main source of our entertainment was the outdoor pool and hot tub, for the kids and adults. It was well-worth the pool heating fee! The patio is large and has lots of seating and umbrellas for everyone's comfort. The weather was great and we had lunch outside every day. There is a little putting green that the kids loved - many putting competitions.
We also rented the pontoon boat and were so glad we did. We enjoyed floats during the afternoons, but especially enjoyed night floats looking at the Christmas lights.
The owners have truly thought of every detail to make your stay pleasant. We have rented 5 HomeAway homes and this one surpassed all of them thanks to the little details (hand soap at every sink, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper etc). The home accomodated our large family easily. We never felt crowded. It has a great lay-out. We would recommend this home again and again. We hope to come back sometime in the near future. Thanks to the owners for maintaining this beautiful and entertaining property.
