The majority of guest must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered! Prices are subject to change.
We had a great experience renting this house. The house was in beautiful shape with plenty of clean linens and towels. The kitchen and the master bedroom were fantastic! Dave from the Pullen Group was very flexible with us and very accomodating. He also answered all of my questions very quickly. I would definitely reccomend this propery and Pullen Group to friends. This place is amazing! The pictures just don't do it justice, it's way bigger than it looks an can accommodate a party of 10 very comfortably. This house has EVERYthing you need... Plenty of linens, towels, blankets you name it. The craftsmanship is unbelievable and the kitchen has every gadget you can think of. It's all the comforts of home yet in a relaxing vacation setting! Its very close to downtown where there are cool shops and restaurants and with 2 young children the yard was perfect for exploring and enjoying the snow:) We will for sure be renting this place again real soon. Thank you so much!!
From I-80: Take Exit 186 to Central Truckee. Turn slight right at Donner Pass road. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit to stay on Donner Pass road and travel .5 miles through downtown Truckee. Turn right at Brockway Road (4-way intersection), go over railroad tracks, and travel for .5 miles. At traffic light, turn right onto Palisade Drive and travel for .4 miles. Turn slight left at Ponderosa Drive. Travel on Ponderosa until road splits (there will be a median). Turn Right onto Pine Needle Way (also, median). At dead end, make U-turn onto other side of street, home is #10572 Pine Needle.
