Vacation any time of the year! Great for all seasons: Summer, foliage, Winter and Spring!

Intimate Sweet Cottage rental. 2 Bedroom fully furnished. Cable TV. 1 Queen sized bed in the Master bedroom and 2 smaller beds in the guest bedroom. 3/4 Bathroom. Picnic table overlooking the Lake. A quick 15 minute drive to downtown Burlington. Views of the Bay and Causeway from the front lawn, private neighborhood beach just across the road at 2 close locations.

Mooring rights and boat access to Malletts Bay. Famous Causeway Bike Path only steps away that runs through Burlington into Colchester to the Causeway which leads to South Hero.

Malletts Bay is on the right and the Broad lake, Law Island, and Sunset Island on the left. Fowl, fauna, fish
