Susie, while I think of it, I just wanted to point out some of the things that really appeal to us about this property.

It's overall condition Is immaculate. It is very well equipped it makes us feel like you Live here and just loaned it to us for a bit.

The art work is terrific quite a variety and very well done. We love all the art books. Naturally the pool and hot tub are a big hit and the weather has certainly cooperated.

We loved the house and location

We rented the house for two months as an escape from the cold midwestern winter. Both Susie and Heidi, the owners, were very easy to work with and we found the house to be as described on VRBO. The house is located 1.5 blocks from beautiful Shoreline Park which borders the pacific ocean. The house is also close to the harbour, two grocery stores, one of which is gourmet with many organic items. The location is less than five minutes from downtown and the famous farmer's market on Tuesdays and Saturdays each week. Finding a house with a better location in Santa Barbara would be difficult!
Although we did not use the pool because of the the January and February weather, we did use the in-ground spa often at night. The spa performed perfectly and was a special treat for us to enjoy before retiring. A gardener arrived each week to maintain the outdoor property and the pool and spa also received weekly attention. We also enjoyed talking to our neighbors.
The house was very comfortable, well maintained, and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen featured new appliances and was equipped with an abundance of glasses, dishes, silverware, cookware, and various cooking utensils. Both bedrooms featured large closets and and were spacious. We also appreciated having a double garage.
We have been renting houses through VRBO for nine years and this property is one of the best we have had the priviledge to enjoy.

Wonderful place to stay

From the moment we entered the house we knew we had made the right choice to stay at Heidi and Susie's house. It was everything that the listing described and more. It was gorgeous inside and out. We were 1 block from the ocean and in a nice neighborhood. We spent one morning going to garage sales while walking around. Everything that we needed was just a short drive away. If we had any questions Heidi was just a phone call away. The pool and spa in the back was wonderful and we used it every night. I would highly recommended this place as it made our vacation a wonderful stress free experience.

Home Away From Home!

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful home. You just need to pack your bags and unpack. The home amenities will exceed your expectations. Everything you can possible need will be at your finger tips. My three young children had so much fun in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. My husband loved picking fresh oranges and limes at pool side. I personally enjoyed my morning walks to the beach.

The pictures on line are lovely but the actual house is so much better. The minute you open the door you will be greeted by the warm and inviting environment. The community is so private yet the town is only a few minutes away. You can enjoy walking or taking your car to Downtown Santa Barbara.

Take the time to enjoy all the things Santa Barbara has to offer it is truly spectacular. Thank you to Heidi & Suzy for being such wonderful hosts.

This homey place was perfect, great location,beautiful pool and hot tub. A 5 minute walk to the ocean and could walk along the ocean for miles. Close to the wharf, downtown shopping and the zoo. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living room, two decks and many patio doors to exit onto two decks. was wonferful having the barbecues. The house was very clean and having access to a washer and dryer was great. The electric awning was a refreshing escape from the sun when we needed it. Two minor things that could be upgraded -- fix screen door of the kitchen so it closes properly and a few better pots and frying pans. All else was great and we would highly recommend! Heidi made it a point to come meet us and see if we needed anything else, great customer service ! Thanks so much
