3 Level Log Home, 3 Bedrooms plus Loft, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10

Driftwood Log Cabin is a 3-level Log home with a 20-foot ceiling and lots of windows for the views. Driftwood cabin is decorated in fresh light colors and hardwood floors and wooden blinds throughout. very spacious with 3 levels of living space, multiple families can have their privacy. From your deck you can enjoy watching the sun come up while sipping your morning coffee in your rocking chairs or sitting in the hot tub. You can put your watercraft in the water right at the cabin with ease. Wood for the fireplace is provided in the winter months and the yard has a gentle slope to the water so children or elderly with walking handicaps can have easy access also. The driveway has a circle drive so you have plenty of parking for cars and trailers so PLEASE do not use the yard to turn around or drive on. Due to the mountainous terrain cell phone service is not always the best, please be prepared for that. Unfortunately, we DO NOT allow any pets in our home.

Driftwood offers the perfect opportunity to sit back & relax before & after a fun-filled day on the lake or exploring the Smokies. This is a perfect setting for those wintery smoky Mountain nights in a true log home with wood floors and a wood burning fireplace to snuggle and that steamy hot tub to relax for the entire family or for that romantic couple. Just a short drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for all the activities you could imagine.

Enjoy your Douglas Lake Vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. We are just a short drive into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dixie Stampede, Dollywood,The Bristol Raceway, and Cherokee North Carolina.

Due to the nature of Douglas Lake being a reservoir lake the water levels flucuate regularly. All our docks are easily movable back and forth. During your stay it may be necessary for you to push or pull the dock to keep them floating. There is no possibility we can be at all the cabins to keep this done when it can move as quickly as it does. Again, these are easily movable and normally one person can do it themselves.

Driftwood log home is a fabulous home for the larger family needing more space or for couples who want seperate levels for ‘ quiet time” alone. The luxury of a private launch & dock right at the cabin is very convient for you. Ohh, that large wraparound porch overlooking the lake from your hot tub.
