Family Holiday Home

The first level of this family beach house has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet combined.

The lounge area complete with a 42' Plasma TV and DVD library leads out from a kitchenette onto a large covered deck perfect for the kids to relax and have their own space.

Upstairs also has a lounge and TV combined with a full kitchen. This leads out onto the top deck with views up to Sunshine Beach. This floor has the Queen size bedroom with it's own bathroom and separate toilet.

A large rear yard allows space to run around with a smaller paved area perfect for BBQ's.

Facilities:

Air conditioning : all bedrooms and lounge areas.

Bathrooms: 2 with a toilet each level.

Upstairs spa bath with the downstairs shower cubicle can be used to bathe small children.

Bedrooms: 3

Lounges : 2

Dishwasher, DVD players and TV's both levels.

Double lock up garage with off street parking.

Kitchen and Kitchenette.

Laundry

Decks : 2

External shower room and toilet with a paved BBQ area.
