This lovely home is located on a large wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac. It is private, with breathtaking views in all directions. The home features vaulted ceilings, sky lights, open floor plan, fireplaces in master bedroom and living room, granite counter tops, kitchen island for entertaining, beautiful walnut floors throughout, and elegant spacious bathrooms. The master bath has a Jacuzzi slipper tub, a large walk in steam shower, and heated floors. The deck runs the length of the home with access from full glass doors from the master bedroom, livingroom and kitchen. You will also have access to Wi Fi and Direct TV. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets every evening while listening to the fountain on the spacious, private deck. You will enjoy all the amenities of this custom built home inside and out. Being in West Sedona will allow you to experience the peace, beauty and tranquilty of Sedona. From the home you can walk to hiking trails. You are a 5 min. drive down the mountain to grocery stores and 89A which will take you any where in Sedona. This home is open, spacious and just what your looking for !
Sedona offers a variety of activities. Don't miss the many wineries, museums, outlet shopping, and outdoor markets featuring hand made jewlery, beautiful paintings and many other locally crafted works of art. The beauty of the national parks are awe inspiring. The sunsets from the Sedona airport bring people in droves every evening and is located 5 min. from the house. If you ski, Flagstaff is 30 miles away and the Grand Canyon is a day trip not to be missed. The rental process is simple and I am easy to work with. What a wonderful vacation, but it's time to go home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and thanks to Kathleen for her quick responses to our few inquiries. Although 2270 Vista isn't on the official list, it was certainly "our special vortex site" where we would re-energize after a day of sightseeing, driving on scenic roads, shopping, ect. We will miss the Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot view from the living room. A beautiful greeting in the morning! We didn't feel like strangers in your home but as special guests. Although the journey is sometimes more important than the destination, Sedona met all our expectations and more. As we bid farewell let me share with your a blessing that a Native American artist gave to me while visiting his gallery, He simply wrote: "Wishing you the magic of the sacred winds." (Bearcloud). My family stayed at this home in November and our experience was nothing short of stellar! The elegant and beautiful amenities of the interior décor are only rivaled by the breathtaking natural beauty of the tranquil surroundings. This is an oasis where one can go to truly clear their mind and appreciate the natural ambiances that Sedona has to offer. There are plenty of adventures to behold in the neighboring area and even if you do nothing but sip a cocktail on the luxurious outdoor deck you will be treated to a relaxing experience. Lynn is a dear and she was very accommodating to coordinate our stay with. I would highly recommend this home and location to anyone who is searching for a quiet getaway in a gorgeous environment. We can’t wait to visit again!
This home is truly a "home away" from home on a quiet cul-de-sac in West Sedona with lots a trees, a great view, and a conscientious owner. You couldn't ask for anything more!
This upscale home with spectacular views of Thunder Mountain and Coffeepot is spacious and clean with upscale furnishings. I loved the wonderful shower/sauna combination after a long hike in the red rocks. Everything about his home says "quality"--the granite counters in the kitchen and baths, the wood floors, the gas fireplace. Lynn, the owner, is very easy to work with. Kathleen, the local property manager, is responsive and skilled if anything needs to be fixed or explained.
I really liked the convenient location moments from Safeway and other shopping, the Harkin and Mary Fisher theaters and hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The cafe dining table is a little small for four people, but when I had guests for dinner we managed. I was so happy with this home I have already reserved it for 2014!
Our stay in Lynn's home couldn't have been more perfect. The home was equipped with everything you could imagine and the furnishings are upscale as was the home. Lynn was super easy to deal with. We were located in West Sedona, which is the place to be,(very close to grocery store, shops and restaurants). I recommend the Martini Bar, great place to people watch. Wherever you drive there are beautiful views in Sedona. Many golf courses are nearby and they are very scenic as well. Cindy
