Upstairs, There are two balcony’s: the first is ocean front right above the boardwalk ideal for relaxing, checking the surf, amazing sunsets and people watching; the other is in the rear with catalina island and ocean views, it’s perfect for sunbathing or enjoying meals and cocktails. The master Bedroom has double doors facing the ocean, with plenty of sunlight and fresh air. The master bathroom is extremely large with high ceilings, original tile and an ocean view. The second bedroom has ocean views from bed as well as a smaller private shower and bathroom. Each bedroom has a vanity station, with original cabinetry and a spacious closet. The guestroom/livingroom features ocean views, queen-size sofa bed, mini refridgerator and a large 55 inch flat screen LED TV with Direct TV.

This home has 17 stairs to reach the 2nd floor, also there are shops, boardwalk pedestrians and the paddle tennis courts in front of the house so you may hear them during the day. This home is 70 years old and not everything is perfect, but we maintain it and are available in case you need assistance.
