New, spacious, and situated on the Fraser River, it is easy to wind down at this beautiful townhome after a day filled with mountain fun. You can walk to pretty much everything in downtown Winter Park from here, including four restaurants/bars less than a block away. Relax in the private outdoor hot tub or next to the gas fireplace, or grill out on one of the decks overlooking the river. You’ll also love the two master suites, the garage to keep your car warm, and nearby shuttle stop.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are king beds in each master suite, a bunk with full bed on bottom in 3rd bedroom, two twin beds in 4th bedroom, and a queen pullout sofa in the upstairs loft. Distance to Resort: 3 Miles
