This is a roomy private home located only 1/3 mile from the Winter Park ski area, so all you have to do is take a quick jaunt to get to the base or hop on a shuttle for a one-minute ride. It’s great for families, with a yard and lots of room, and has great views. There is a private outdoor hot tub, a one-car garage, a gas fireplace and new furnishings.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in 1st bedroom, queen beds in 2nd and 3rd bedroom and a bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa in the 4th bedroom. Distance to Resort: 1/3 Mile
