Enjoy piece and tranquility when you arrive at this mountaintop retreat situated on 12 secluded acres, yet 20 minutes to downtown Cobleskill. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. Three levels of entertaining and living space and has been completely remodeled. Everything is brand new. Bring your family and friends to enjoy what the North Western Catskills has to offer. 5 large bedrooms will sleep 12 in beds. 3 full bathrooms so no waiting! Flat screen TV's in living areas and Master Suites. Kids bedroom has a 'bonus' room and is just off the second floor 'play room'. This has games, books, toys, TV and DVD player to keep everyone happy and busy. Swim in a heated 16' x 36' indoor swimming pool with waterfall as you watch the deer, turkey, and nature at all it's glory. When night falls enjoy relaxing conversations around the fire pit as you reach out and touch the stars, or if you prefer enjoy the twinkling lights of the village below. Individual A/C and heating units have been installed in bedrooms and living spaces.

we had such a wonderful time at the Charlotteville House. Thank you Laura and Randy for making your home available. The house was stocked with everything we needed from games for the kids to cabinets full for all our cooking needs.

This was my 40th birthday weekend and the only thing I wanted to do was escape the city for a couple days. This was such a wonderful place to do so. Indoor pool made everyone happy!! Star gazing and roasting marshmellows by the fire was a perfect ending to the day. Bedrooms were nice and spacious...we will rent again - thank you Laura and Randy for being owners who are reachable!
