Nestling high and central on the rim of the 20 acre Galleon Beach Club, Lime Hill commands a spectacular view over Freemans Bay and historic Nelson's Dockyard. Completed in 2002, this quality two storey Colonial style villa is furnished in traditional Caribbean style, with each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms enjoying a truly breathtaking view. The fully equipped kitchen, with Miele dishwasher, fridge/freezer/icemaker and water purifier leads into the spacious lounge/dining room, which features large glass wide opening patio doors on opposite sides to keep the whole room cool, assisted by paddle fans, enabling tropical outdoor/indoor living. The rear patio doors open onto the walled stonework terrace giving privacy and seclusion. The pool area has plenty of sunloungers, chairs and dining furniture for eight and the whole property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Two minutes stroll takes you to the beautiful white sand beach, lapped by calm clear water.

Lime Hill is 5 minutes drive from English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard, the only fully functioning Georgian dockyard in the world, a paradise for those who love the sea and Royal Navy history. A water taxi can be rented from the beach area to take you to the Dockyard, a lovely 3 minute ride, and a few minutes walk to Falmouth will bring you to a shopping area which includes a small supermarket. A diverse range of restaurants and bars in all price brackets abounds in the area.
