Better than expected

We stayed at "Hasport Sunrise" in January 2011. There were just two of us, so that we did, indeed "spread ourselves out". The place lived up to all of its promises, and more. It was, as promised, "quirky". But everything was exactly as described, only better, more comfortable and more luxurious than we'd expected. There were tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, a bar of chocolate and a few staples waiting in the kitchen, which had a huge variety of cooking pots and utensils (all clean and could have been made kosher). The bed was bliss, and we woke up each morning to birdsong, the cooing of doves, and bright sunlight. The wifi was easy to set up and the color printer was fully operational, with a stack of paper. We visited Acre, the German Colony and the Bahai gardens, the Hula valley bird sanctuary, Megiddo, and the Druse city of Daliat-al-Karmel, ate the worlds best falafel and made trips to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem. As one of us has to work in Haifa from time-to-time, we are definitely planning to stay here again.
