DIRECTLY ON THE GULF OF MEXICO HOUSE.2,500 SQ FT SOUTH WEST VIEWS....

Pre-reservation, Ginger was very helpful with getting us familar with the home and local attractions. She also sent us a nice message before we boarded our flight to wish us a safe trip. There were fresh flowers, soft music and lots of natural light to welcome us. She checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we were finding everything and was very accessible when we had questions.

The home has all the amenities needed. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning and watched the sunset at night. What an amazing view! We also returned outdoors after sunset to see and hear the dolphins on several nights.

This was the perfect location at the end of a quiet street. We took day trips to the Sponge Docks, Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater as well as spent a couple of days at home enjoying the scenery and taking the kayak to Howard Park.

We couldn't have asked for a better place or nicer person to welcome us into her home. We'd highly recommend staying here.

When we arrived at this rental home to spend the christmas holiday/vacation with family that live in Tarpon Springs, we were pleasantly surprised. When we drove down the block we were amazed at the beautiful homes that are located on this very private block. This particular rental home was situated at the end of the cul-de-sac which was a very prime piece of waterfront property. The pictures really do not portray the true charm and warmth of this home. The floor layout was perfect for a cozy but very roomy 12 day stay for the family holiday. The bedrooms and family room were comfortable and the kitchen was very large with plenty of space for extra company and holiday dining. We were able to spend the holiday fishing off the dock and kayaking in the gulf while relaxing and congregating in the lanai which was hugh. We spent every morning eating breakfast in the lanai enjoying the tranquil setting of the gulf view and wildlife it has to offer. Several times the dolphins came to visit and entertained us with a show better than Sea World. Every evening was celebrated watching the amazing sunset on the gulf from the dock or lanai. We were extremely pleased with the privacy of the yard setting which made us feel as if the home was ours. The owners were very helpful and thought of every detail to make our stay very enjoyable.... from the gulf view hot tub to several fishing rods to a kayak for two and bikes for four. A visit to the sponge docks and a Greek lunch or dinner is a must. We have rented other homes in the area in the past 7 years and this one by far is the winner. Will never stay anywhere else but here..... Thank you Ginger & Ken!
