We rented both the two bedroom/two bath with pool and the attached one bedroom/one bath mother-in-law suite for one week. The home was immaculate, very well equipped, and had plenty of room to sleep our family of seven; three queen beds and a pull out couch, and had a dining table that could seat us all for meals and evening card games.
The location was wonderful. It was quiet with beaches and shopping close by, and was reasonably located for the activities we had planned: Disney World, 1.5 hours; Busch Gardens, 50 minutes; Homasassa Springs State Park, 30 minutes; and Honeymoon Island 30 minutes.
Guy and Emi were wonderful. They gave us a tour of the home, an overview of the area, and a fantastic suggestion for a restaurant: The Bayport Inn...YUM!!...thanks, Emi! There is also a wonderful assortment of brochures at the home if you are looking for something to do. We found a nice little botanical garden close by via the brochures.
The whole rental experience was easy and enjoyable...it was our first. We would highly recommend renting this home for a fun Florida get away.
