WARM, WELCOMING, POOL HOME WITH GREAT AMENITIES AND 3 MILES FROM DISNEYWORLD

Our house was exactly it was pictured. The pool was the hit for our family. I may suggest to the owners to add some pool toys-simple things like noodles and beach balls, nothing too fancy just something to entertain the kids. I'm not sure if this is the owners responsibility or the management company but our garbage had not been picked up when we arrived so it was full and we couldn't use it until I called to have them come get it. We also were left with 0 garbage bags, and even after calling the management company, we never received any so we ended up buying bags ourselves. Occasionally we would be down wind of the sewer service in the area and that was very unpleasant. But if you weren't home and outside, you'd never even know they were there. The owner of the property was very considerate and helpful to us when we experienced a major snafu right at the start with Villa Direct, she called and followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. We really enjoyed the clubhouse pool, along with a movie theater where you could reserve movies of your liking. All of the properties in the area were well maintained and neighborhood was very quiet. I would most definitely come back to this property In the future.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained home with inclosed pool and hot tube in a secure gated community. With a rental car this is the perfect location for Disney and Universal Parks. Every amenity imaginable nearby. I would rent here again and have no hesitation recommending this property to others.

This house made our vacation perfect! Absolutely no issues at all! Home looks exactly like the pictures. Checking in and out was very simple. Owner was very accommodating. We definitely would recommend and rent again!
