Fantastic luxury villa, summer holiday rental, perfect romantic self catering holiday. Villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, 1 in separate apartment, 3 kitchens (1 outdoor) and pool. This is a fantastic villa with sea view and with 3 bathrooms. Off the pool area is the apartment with b'room,showerroom & kitchen. Also at the pool (4x5 meters) is a refreshing outdoor shower. Pool area is private and very large. There is a bar area available. Villa is located at Golden Valley area and is less than 5 kilometres from the sea and beach. The house has a private parking area for cars. The main room is spacious and tastefully furnished. Kitchen has a large dining table. 8 sunbeds await you at the pool. The house is excellent for large families. All areas have lots of seating available. There are 2 gardens, one with palm trees, one with grass and trees. All rooms in the house have air-conditioning. BBQ area has fan, lights, sink and fridge. Bar has fridge so not too far to reach for beers.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. Calpe, Altea, Denia, Guardalest are a short drive away. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats but there are many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. There are Michelin guide rated and Michelin star restaurants in the area together with a couple of discreet night clubs. The town has a marina, wonderful beach and numerous supermarkets, banks and two Internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. Sol Park tennis club is good for all levels of player and coaching is available. Secluded, romantic, luxury venue

  • 30% deposit required on booking remainder due 12 weeks prior to stay. Breakage deposit required. Linen cost €15 per person per week. If you want to take advantage of the wireless broadband there is an additional charge of £15 per week please state when booking.
  • Vast array of videos, DVDs, board games and books for your use. Lots of information about the local area and a management team on your doorstep should you encounter any problems. Just look at our feedback to see how comfortable and well cared for our guest feel.
  • NB ***June will see the Moors and Christians Fiesta which is one of the best Fiestas in the Costa Blanca. There are several days of celebrations with processions, fireworks and outdoor music and entertainment. ***

This is definitley the best villa we have ever stayed in, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
The villa exceeded our expectations in all aspects, not just the excellent kitchen and the quality furnishings but the beautiful mature garden gave this a truly mediterranean feel. The villa is very spacious and has a light airy feel to it. At one point in our stay there were six adults staying and there was certainly room for more. We found quiet areas to sit and read by yourself or to sit round and chat.

The views from the garden are magnificent, unspoiled mountains and the sea views. We spent alot of time sitting next to the pool enjoing the quiet and soaking up the sun
(yes - it was December and we had breakfast and drinks outside).
El Portet ( the local cove) was a great find, small safe beach surround by cliffs running down to the sea. We sat on the beach front restaurant, enjoying the sun, people watching. This beach is ideal for small children,
Moraira town was a boon, all facillities, quality restaurants
and a wonderul safe feel to the town. It has every type of restaurant we wanted, Options- suberb al la carte cuisine as well as high quality Indian (the best Kadai chicken on the costas) and Thai/Chinese.
Moraira beach is beautiful and ideal for children (and adults) and has superb facilities
We used the local supermarket which had everything we needed and is certainly better stocked than the one in our local area.
We live in Spain and this area is dfinitely the best along the whole of the coast. We are returning in Spring to this villa, and are looking forward to it. We will not be bothering with hotels again.

An amazing villa to escape to!

Our party of 4 adults have just come back from such a wonderful stay in this villa.

All desperate for a week away in the sun we couldn't have asked for a more perfect set up. The villa was spectacular with fantastic views of the area, extremely private with great facilities.

We especially enjoyed our time relaxing around the private swimming pool during the day & using the bbq & terraced area in the evening which made it a truly lazy & relaxing holiday.

There is a great supermarket about a 5min drive up the road which had all the great ingredients for a typical Mediterranean bbq.

The closest town Moraira is very pretty & we enjoyed a few meals there when we could conjour up the energy to leave the villa. The local beach is great & also a nearby ice cream parlour which we managed to visit everyday to get out of the midday sun!

We were made to feel very welcome & at home in the villa & we felt reassured that there was somebody at hand if we needed anything.

Look forward to booking our next stay very soon!

The perfect place to stay !

This was our perfect holiday destination. The villas and location was exactly as described by the owners. Or party included teenagers who loved the separate apartment giving vital space if they wanted to chill out on their own.

The villa was clean and well kept. We chose to spend days relaxing by the pool and evenings enjoying dinner in the outside area. We also took time to visit the local town to eat and shop a car is a must if you want to do this. A shop and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa.

We would highly recommend this villas to friends and family it is truly a beautiful place to stay.

EXCELLENT - Superb Villa & Location!

We are currently midway through an extended stay at this beautiful villa and we could not be happier with our choice. We could not have chosen a better villa. It is very private, quiet, but not at all isolated. The villa feels like home the moment you arrive with a mixture of luxury, mod cons and comfort and much more than you would expect.

Moraira is lovely and has something for all. It has style, modesty and lots of lovely places to eat. A real suprise find for us.

Eating out ....
We particularly like the Himalyan Indian on the El Portet Rd. El Portet is a lovely spot. We also enjoy the Options restaurant; both offer oustanding service and food. There are so many lovely places to eat, we could just keep listing them.

Be sure to visit the Algas Day & Night bar which has an oustanding situation by the sea.

If you like Sport you can play Tennis at Solpark on Mon or Friday for 5 Euros for 2 hours! Just turn up. Or you can play crazy golf a the same venue or enjoy a quiet 'cortada' or 'cerveza'.

The weather here I believe to be one of the nicest climates we have experienced and someone locally told me that it was recommended by the W.H.O as the healthiest climate in the world!

This is a unique place that has a nice blend of Spanish, and other European cultures. This is the best holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be back for an extended stay next year. Don't miss it! You won't be disappointed.

The best holiday EVER!!!!!!

What more can i say about this, the title of my post surely says it all!!

6 of us stayed here during September 07 and it was just fantastic. We were blown away with how amazing the villa was. It was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. The pool area could only be describe as an oasis of beauty and clam, we spent all day and a few nights around the pool......!!

The villa had so many amazing features, pbviosly the pool but also the patio area with outdoor kitchen. Fantastic for BBQ's and the odd party ;-)

Outside of the villa complex we found amazing views right down to the sea! The location was also perfect for people who want to explore as there are loads of places to visit within a 30min car ride.

This holiday was amazing and i will be looking to book again for the near future!!

PS - I also cant speak highly enought about the owners and how they also made the holiday special. The service you guys proviced was second to none i really felt welcome........THANK YOU!!!!
