Just built, this bright and roomy townhome is set on a peaceful lake and steps away from some of the best restaurants in Winter Park. There is a deck off the living room and a patio off the lower bedroom with a private hot tub, both with beautiful lake and mountain views. There is a bedroom on each floor and a 2nd living room area on the top floor; both living areas have state-of-the-art home theater systems. You’ll also appreciate the garage, a washer/dryer, and a kitchen equipped with every appliance you could imagine.

Sleeping Arrangements: Three bedrooms – king, queen, bunk bed with double on bottom and trundle pullout, plus a sleeper sofa bed. Distance to Resort: 3 miles
