Modern, elegant, and spacious, this townhome is a favorite for those looking to be close to it all. It was just built and has all of the amenities for a relaxing mountain vacation. Cathedral ceilings make this townhome seem huge, and the deck and patio with the private outdoor hot tub overlook the calming Fraser River. Two of Winter Park’s best restaurants are located only a ½ block away, and the shuttle stops just 100 yards away. There is also a heated garage, washer/dryer, Satellite/HDTV, wireless Internet and a home theater.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in master suite, queen in 2nd bedroom, and a bunk bed with double on bottom in 3rd bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa.
